JENNIFER OBINNA, PH.D.
Evaluator/Facilitator
Dr. Jennifer Obinna has over 20 years of experience in the field of research, evaluation and strategic planning. While she has worked on hundreds of projects spanning a vast array of topics, her areas of emphasis are in preventing violence against women, reducing racial disparities in the criminal justice system and understanding the merits of culturally-specific programming to promote health and wellness.

TEHOUT SELAMEAB, MPP
Evaluator
Tehout brings 15 years of experience in the field of community-based prevention research and evaluation. Working with both private and government organizations, Tehout applies program evaluation methodologies to support a range of organizational needs including strategic planning, data-driving decision-making and outcomes demonstration of prevention efforts.

SHERRIE SIMPSON COLEMAN, MAL
Facilitator
Sherrie has been successful in leading groups to create and implement strategies. A core theme in her work is creating empowered space and an environment of team collaboration using tools from Technology of Participation and other modalities. Sherrie is a Technology of Participation Certified Facilitator and Qualified Trainer with 25 years of facilitation experience.

FANNY JIMBO LLAPA, MPH
Evaluator
Fanny Jimbo Llapa is a public health practitioner and consultant with experience in community work, cross-cultural collaboration, and program evaluation with a vision to achieve health equity. She uses her Spanish skills, connection with community organizations, and multidisciplinary educational background to support culturally-based communities with their data collection and evaluations.
